2. Services Offered
Quiet Moon Tarot offers tarot consultations in two formats:
- Offline tarot readings delivered as a private voice recording
- Live tarot readings conducted via a private call
Each session is prepared with care and personal attention.
3. Payments
All payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.
Full payment is required in advance before any service is delivered or scheduled.
Prices are clearly displayed on the website at the time of booking.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final, with the following exceptions:
Offline (Voice Recording) Readings
- No refunds once the reading has been delivered
- A full refund will be issued only if the recording is not delivered within 48 hours after payment
Live Tarot Readings
- No refunds once payment has been made
- If Quiet Moon Tarot cancels a scheduled live session, a full refund will be issued
No-Show Policy
If a client does not attend a scheduled live session without notice:
- No refund will be issued
- A 50% discount will be offered for one future session (one-time offer)
5. Delivery & Scheduling
Offline Readings
- Delivered within 48 hours of payment
- Provided as a private voice recording sent electronically
Live Readings
- After payment, the client must contact Quiet Moon Tarot to arrange a suitable time
- Scheduling may take up to 3 working days, depending on availability
- Once a time is agreed, the session will be held privately
6. Nature of Tarot Readings (Important Disclaimer)
Tarot readings are provided for personal insight, reflection, and guidance only.
- No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, predictions, or results
- Readings do not replace professional legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice
- Quiet Moon Tarot is not responsible for decisions or actions taken by clients following a reading
7. Age Requirement
Services are available to clients 18 years of age or older only.
By booking a session, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
8. Right to Refuse Service
Quiet Moon Tarot reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a client:
- Is abusive, threatening, or disrespectful
- Requests unethical, inappropriate, or boundary-violating topics
- Violates these Terms & Conditions
9. Confidentiality
All sessions are treated as private and confidential.
- Personal information and session details are not shared with third parties
- Clients may not record, redistribute, or publish sessions without explicit permission
10. Testimonials
Feedback and testimonials may be shared anonymously for promotional purposes unless a client explicitly requests otherwise.

These Terms are written in English, which is the primary legal language.
